Version 1.0 is frozen — and the framework stays living under AMC stewardship. v1.x changes are made the way v1.0 was: proposed in writing, answered in writing, closed on rough consensus. Credit still follows participation (the tiers). Everything is public to read; acting takes an AMC sign-in.

The failure-modes library (§C2) grows from members’ own cases: situation · where it broke · the fix · which principle would have caught it. Nine consented cases seed it; cases are anonymised at the organisation level and never attributed without consent.

Open to everyone: sign in with a free AMC account and confirm a role — the RSVP stays open between cycles, and when the next v1.x review window opens, the ask lands with you first. Contribution earns the same named credit v1.0’s co-developers carry on the credit roster.
Whatever you can give counts: async input carries identical weight — decisions close on the written log, not in the room. Step back any time; the credit for cycles you contributed to stays.
